1. If I could medal in an olympic event it would be curling because that sport just makes me giggle .
2. If I was stranded on a deserted island I'd take a lighter (Lord knows I can't start a fire with sticks) , giant crossword puzzle book (and pen, of course), and Johnny Pham (for endless entertainment) .
3. Bumpy things (like barnacles, pimply gourds, or the way paint bubbles after you put remover on it, etc.) are my most irrational fear.
4. I'd rather listen to NPR (which I do not enjoy) everyday, than have to hear a new story about Tiger Woods cheating everyday.
5. I am a nomad. Or so my family jokes. I don't tend to stay in one place for too long; but I will someday, I'm just taking advantage of my youth and singleness :).
6. I should really be working. But Fill-in-the-blank Friday is just so much more fun. Oops.
7. One of my favorite things in all the world is family beach week. All the Denholms, Emericks, and converted Denholms in one house, relaxing, playing Nertz non-stop and soaking up the sun for a whole week. Pretty sure I look forward to it 358 days a year.

I probably would have high fived the kid as I wrote him up. Can't blame him for seizing the opportunity. Also, my fill in the blank is coming soon!
I'd be the worst person to take to a deserted island. I would just complain all day and expect you to do the hunting.
i wish i had been a nomad in my single days... how adventurous and fun!
I sure hope the sun makes an appearance at family beach week this year - even though braving the hurricane for Rita's and shopping was fun - it just doesn't seem like a real family beach week without it!!!
be nomadic while you can. i never did, and sometimes i wish i had....even though i really do love my life :).
